12 Month Remote System Administration

This optional 12-month REMOTE Linux system administration support is available for all Limulus systems. The support includes general systems administration, that may include but is not limited to, managing users, solving user issues, brief user explanations (via email) , building software, performance tuning, software installation,, one major OS update, storage management, or workflow management. The administration package also include either HPC and Hadoop package management, updates, and HDFS/YARN administration.

When purchasing this 12-month remote administration support package, there is no need to purchase the basic 12-month support package. Any support provided by the basic 12-month support is included in this 12-month administrative support.

The pricing is per each Limulus system. Connected (networked) Limulus systems require a separate System Administration package for each component Limulus system (i.e. all connected systems are required to have administration coverage).

This administration support is done remotely. This feature requires secure SSH or VPN access to the Limulus system. For on-site administration contact Limulus Computing.
